Returns & Refunds
At just-GoFor it, customer satisfaction is important to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
Because we work with fulfillment partners and suppliers to ship products directly to you, returns and refunds are handled under the guidelines below.
30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:
The item is unused
The item is in original condition
The item is in its original packaging
If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
Used or damaged items not caused by shipping
Items marked as final sale
Gift cards or downloadable products (if applicable)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
Your order number
A clear photo or video of the issue
In these cases, we will offer:
A replacement, or
A refund, depending on the situation
No return shipping is required for damaged or defective items unless otherwise stated.
Refunds (If Approved)
Once your return request is approved:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing time is typically 5–10 business days
Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Return shipping costs are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
Return instructions will be provided once your return request is approved.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank or credit card account
Contact your payment provider
If the issue persists, contact us and we’ll assist you
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled
Multiple Shipments
If your order was shipped in multiple packages, refunds or returns apply only to the affected item(s).
